When booking appointments could you please set reminders and try to give as much notice as you can if you can’t make it. It’s not ideal but even letting us know same day is better than not turning up at all, as we can try and fill the slot with those waiting.
No shows are damaging to small businesses.
Allergy tests are required before any treatment that uses chemicals that directly lie on the skin 24 to 72 hours prior to treatments. Please book a slot for this, takes just a minute.
A deposit may be required on larger appointments.
Refunds are not our policy. Please make sure you are happy before you leave. We do however think it’s important to work with every client if you decide you just don’t like something.
